Do you offer free quotes?

What should I send when requesting a quote?

Do you install customer-supplied appliances or materials?

Yes, we can usually install customer-supplied items such as taps, sinks, cookers, appliances, bathroom units and kitchen items.

However, the product must be suitable, complete, safe to install and appropriate for the existing setup. If parts are missing, damaged or unsuitable, extra time or materials may be needed.

Do you fit integrated appliances?

Yes. We install both freestanding and integrated appliances, including kitchen appliances where suitable access, services and fittings are already in place.

Are you insured?

Yes. DSG Services is fully insured for domestic property work.

Is your work guaranteed?

We stand by our workmanship. If there is an issue with work we have carried out, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it and put things right where appropriate.

Manufacturer warranties on parts, appliances and materials are separate and depend on the product supplied.

What happens if you find extra problems during the job?

If we find additional issues, we’ll explain the problem clearly before carrying out extra work.

Where possible, we’ll give you options so you can make an informed decision before costs change.

Will you leave my home tidy?

Yes. We aim to work cleanly and respectfully in your home. Trade work can be messy by nature, but the work area will be left tidy at the end of the job.

Can you advise me before I buy materials?

Yes. It is often better to ask before buying taps, appliances, radiators, bathroom units or kitchen items.

Some products look suitable online but may not work with your existing pipework, space, pressure, waste position, gas supply, ventilation or layout.
