Annual boiler service · £120
For natural gas and LPG boilers. Includes condensate trap and magnetic filter cleaning, flue effectiveness and air supply checks, operating pressure or heat input checks, and safe operation checks, as applicable to your boiler. Allow 1–2 hours. You receive a service record. Required service kits and replacement parts cost extra.

Full strip-down service
A full strip-down service costs £250 plus service parts. This is the more comprehensive service offered at five years; the correct interval depends on your boiler’s manufacturer requirements. Call with your make, model and service history to confirm which service is due. Faulty or worn parts and any repairs are charged separately.

Already having boiler problems?
Dan also diagnoses and repairs boiler faults. If you have no heating or hot water, or your boiler shows a fault code, mention this when calling. Fault diagnosis and repairs are separate from the annual service price. Have your postcode, boiler make and model, and any fault code ready so Dan can discuss the next step.
